You can change the text style (for example, font name, size, color, and style properties) of any part of the text in a text object. The text style of a variable depends on the style of the first delimiter the character marking the beginning of a variable.
PrintShop Mail offers the following font styles:
Regular
Bold (CTRL+B),
Italic (CTRL+I)
Underlined (CTRL+U)
Superscript
Subscript
Strikethrough
Note: To select Superscript, subscript or Strikethrough, from the Text menu, select Font. These fonts style can be combined.
Font restrictions:
To use PostScript fonts in your document, Adobe Type Manager is required.
To use OpenType fonts in your document, you must be using Windows 2000, XP,or 2003.
Select the objects.
Apply the text style.
Enter Edit mode by double-clicking in a text object.
Make your selection.
Click the appropriate button in the Text Formatting toolbar. (An alternative method is to choose Font, Size, Style or Color from the Text menu).

From the Text menu select Font > Show Fonts. In the Font window, select the Font and Style in the Family and Typeface columns. Select a font size in the Sizes column or use the slider to change font size.
From the Size submenu in the Font menu, select Other.
Edit the selection in the Font Size popup in the Text Formatting toolbar.
Note: A font size of 10.5 points (for example) is allowed, but 10.3 is rounded to the nearest half (10.5).
In the Text Formatting toolbar, click the drop down arrow on the Text Color button.
This accesses a palette of predefined colors.
You can add your own custom colors to this palette. To do this, click the Custom button below the palette.
A standard Color dialog box is displayed.
To locate this dialog: Text > Color..
You can also use the Eyedropper tool from the Tools toolbar to pick a color of a pixel anywhere on the screen and apply it for the text color.
From the Text menu, selectFont >Show Colors.
To set individual characters closer together or farther apart, adjust the kerning.
From the Text menu, select Font > Kern.
You can choose:
Use Default
Use none
Use Tighten
Use Loosen
Choose Tighten to move the characters together slightly. Choose Loosen to move the
characters slightly apart. You can choose Tighten or Loosen repeatedly to get the
character spacing you want.
It is possible to check the spelling for the entire document or a single word
From the Edit menu, select Spelling. Choose from:
Spelling...: To check the spelling of a document.
Check spelling: To check the spelling of a single word.
Check spelling As you type: To check the spelling while you type.
If a misspelled word is found, select an alternative word in the Guess list, then click Correct to change the spelling. If none of the given spellings are what you need, you can retype the word in the Spelling window and click Correct. Click Ignore if you do not want to correct the spelling of a word. Click Find Next to continue checking.
If you want to check spelling in a different language, choose it from the Dictionary pop-up menu in the Spelling window. If you want to add a word to the Spell-checking Dictionary, click Learn when the word appears in the Spelling window. To delete a word from the dictionary, click Forget.
