Getting Started with PrintShop Mail

 

What are upgrades?

 

To use certain features in PrintShop Mail, for example a specific print technology, your hardware key must be upgraded before you are allowed to use it. When executing the upgrade procedure below, the application will detect which upgrade options are available, and will allow you to make your choices.

 

To upgrade your hardware key

  1. (Windows :) from the Help menu, select Credit Information.
    (Mac OS :)     from the PrintShop Mail menu, select Credit Information.

  2. Click Upgrade.

  3. Select the upgrade-options you wish to enable.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to obtain a License Code.
Note: The Upgrade button is only enabled when one or more upgrades are available for your hardware key.

 

 After you have received your License Code, copy and paste it to the edit box in the Upgrade Dongle dialog box and click Upgrade.
